Our CredentialsLynne Lazaroff has over eighteen years of teaching and training experience, with the emphasis on management development, employee competence, and motivation. She began her career teaching in the Prince George's County Public School System. She then worked as a training specialist at the George Washington University and Medical Center. Later, she worked as a human resources development manager in both high tech and customer service organizations. Lynne is currently a management consultant and trainer, and has taught for both the George Mason University and the Northern Virginia Community College. Her educational background includes an undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland and graduate work at the George Washington University. She has completed a Master of Science degree at Marymount University in Managing for Organizational Effectiveness. Lynne is certified in the use of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and the Personal Insights Profiles (DISC and PIAV) and is an active member of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), the American Society for Quality Control (ASQC), the Association for Psychological Type (APT), Toastmasters International, and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). | ||||
